Look Inside Tattoo Logger Pro
Tattoo Logger Pro provides a complete view of your business
Tattoo Logger Pro is in your Google Drive
Tattoo Logger is a Google Sheet, so it’s going to be saved in your Google Drive. You can find it by going to your Google Drive or opening Google Sheets.
Once you save Tattoo Logger Pro to your Google Drive, you will have a Google Sheet called Tattoo Logger Pro and up to four Google Forms.
You can save the Google Forms to your phone home screen and/or your tablet home screen and/or save bookmarks on your computer. You can also find your forms by opening up Tattoo Logger Pro; the first tab is instructions with links.
Using Forms
You keep track of your tattoo appointments and your expenses. You fill out a Google Form for each, and if you take cash deposits, you fill out a form for those. Finally, once a month you verify your total revenue from credit cards and digital payment methods.
These 3 or 4 actions generate a total record of your business finances, with graphs and analyses that make things clear and help you make better decisions.
Appointment Form
After each tattoo, fill out a form to capture the date, the client’s name, the cost of the tattoo, and other important details.
Seeing information about your business is the primary benefit of using Tattoo Logger Pro. You see this information in the different tabs, which are called Dashboards.
Using Dashboards to See Analyses
Tattoo Logger enables you to see key business metrics at a yearly and monthly scale. Different tabs within the spreadsheet have dashboards focusing on different analyses. The primary dashboards are:
Year-End Summary - net revenue and a breakdown of revenue and expenses
Yearly Dashboard - key metrics and graphs of appointments and revenue
Revenue Dashboard - revenue and payment methods
Expenses Dashboard - average expenses and expense categories
Tattoo Analysis Dashboard - how price and revenue change over time
